THE ROLE
As we continue expanding in the U.S. market, we’re looking for an Acquisition Trainee to support and scale our customer acquisition efforts for Nicokick. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with executing campaigns across digital channels, supporting partner activations, and driving new customer growth. You’ll play a key role in turning campaigns, supplier collaborations, and marketing initiatives into measurable outcomes -traffic, conversions, and first-time customers.
This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, data-driven, and eager to learn performance marketing within a fast-growing e-commerce environment. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Performance Marketing, CRM, E-commerce, and Analytics to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and deliver impact.
This is a full-time role based in Arlington, Virginia.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Support planning and execution of acquisition campaigns across email, paid media, and affiliate/partner channels
• Assist in optimizing campaigns to drive first-time customers and improve conversion and CAC efficiency
• Coordinate supplier-driven activations, including managing assets, offers, and campaign inputs
• Translate supplier priorities into performance-driven acquisition initiatives on Nicokick
• Own campaign workflows including briefing, timelines, QA, tracking links, and UTM setup
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with acquisition KPIs
• Monitor and report on key metrics such as new customers, conversion rates, and channel performance
• Maintain dashboards and support ongoing reporting and optimization
• Support affiliate and partner management, including onboarding, tracking, and communication
• Analyze campaign and customer data to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with E-commerce, CRM, and Analytics teams
• Ensure all campaigns meet regulatory and compliance requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or campaign coordination
• Interest in performance marketing and customer acquisition
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with marketing or analytics tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
A BONUS IF YOU ALSO BRING
• Experience with paid media, affiliate marketing, or CRM tools
• Exposure to e-commerce or DTC environments
• Familiarity with performance metrics such as CAC, conversion rate, and attribution
