THE ROLE
As we continue expanding in the U.S. market, we’re looking for a Junior Acquisition Manager to support and scale our customer acquisition efforts with a strong focus on affiliate marketing and partner-driven growth. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with affiliate partners and supplier activations, helping drive new customer acquisition through coordinated campaigns across channels. You’ll support day-to-day execution, campaign coordination, and performance tracking while ensuring our acquisition programs run smoothly and efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, data-driven, and eager to grow within performance marketing in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Performance Marketing, CRM, E-commerce, and Analytics to execute initiatives that drive measurable impact.
This is a full-time role based in Arlington, Virginia.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Support marketing activations with supplier partners, including media buys, email campaigns, paid search, and affiliate collaborations
Manage day-to-day affiliate operations, including partner onboarding, communication, tracking, and performance monitoring
Coordinate campaign execution across channels, including briefing, scheduling, QA, tracking links, and UTM setup
Maintain dashboards and deliver weekly performance reporting across affiliates and campaigns
Support content updates, promotional changes, and ongoing optimization efforts
Collaborate cross-functionally with E-commerce, CRM, and Analytics teams to ensure smooth execution
Ensure compliance with regulations, including disclosures, claims, and age-gating requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, campaign coordination, or digital acquisition
Strong analytical mindset with experience working with performance data and reporting tools
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage external partners
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in execution
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A BONUS IF YOU ALSO BRING
Experience in e-commerce or DTC environments
Exposure to regulated industries
Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, or campaign management systems
HOW YOU WILL GROW
Work closely with experienced specialists across Paid Media, Affiliate, CRM, and E-commerce to drive acquisition initiatives
Gain hands-on ownership of affiliate partners and campaign execution, with increasing responsibility over time
Develop strong commercial and analytical skills by working directly with performance metrics such as CAC, conversion, and revenue contribution
Learn how to build, manage, and optimize partner-driven acquisition channels in a scalable way within a high-growth e-commerce environment
