THE ROLE
We’re now looking for a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team and help elevate the visual identity across our brands and markets. In this role, you will play a key part in producing high-quality digital assets, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting our fast-paced ecommerce environment with engaging and onbrand design.
You will collaborate closely with marketers, content creators, and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling visuals for web, email, and video. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, hands-on environment and enjoys balancing speed, precision, and innovation.
This position is full-time and based in Arlington, Virginia.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop, design, and upload web banners for multiple brands and markets
Edit, resize, and optimize graphics for various digital platforms using Figma, Adobe Suite, and AI tools provided by the company
Follow marketing briefs with accuracy and attention to detail to deliver on-brand designs
Design and create engaging email templates that support CRM and retention initiatives
Edit and produce short-form video content for marketing campaigns
Help develop templates, design systems, and banner guidelines to ensure a consistent look and feel across websites and emails
Maintain and update brand style guides
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment in visual messaging and brand expression
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of experience in graphic design
Strong proficiency in email design and web banner creation
Experience in video editing and resizing graphics
Ability to clearly follow marketing briefs and deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines
Experience with Magento or similar CMS platforms is a plus
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to produce artwork quickly and efficiently
A BONUS IF YOU ALSO BRING
Experience with Magento or other CMS platforms
Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Suite, plus familiarity with HTML5
Background in ecommerce or digital marketing, including SEO principles
Understanding of current design trends and best practices across digital and print
